Formación

  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im B2B Kundenmanagement, SaaS-Erfahrung von Vorteil.

At Factorial, we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us elevate the company to the next level.

The Role

We seek an Account Manager for the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will be to act as a consultant for existing customers, enhancing client satisfaction. You will manage a specific client portfolio, build long-term relationships, understand their processes and challenges, and identify opportunities for product improvements and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build strong client relationships through regular video calls, understanding their requirements, and providing product updates.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for clients' needs and goals, ensuring a positive experience.
  3. Identify upsell opportunities to increase client satisfaction and add value.
  4. Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and develop action plans.
  5. Recognize trends and potential issues, reporting them to improve customer journeys and our product.
  6. Collaborate with teams across Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet company goals.
  7. Demonstrate strategic thinking and excellent organizational skills.
  8. Be comfortable with technology.
  9. Have at least 1 year of experience managing B2B customer portfolios; SaaS experience is a plus.
  10. Exhibit excellent communication skills and empathy.
  11. Be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  12. Proactively suggest new ideas.
  13. Experience handling churn cases and upselling.
  14. Work effectively with KPIs.
  15. Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required.
