Formación

  • Minimum 1 year experience managing B2B customer portfolios.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and professional English required.
  • Experience in SaaS environments is a plus.

The Role

We are seeking an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will involve acting as a consultant to existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, and fostering long-term relationships. You will understand client processes and problems, identify product improvements, and explore upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls, providing product updates and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all client experience-related needs.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and add value.
  • Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and create action plans for each client.
  • Recognize trends and potential weaknesses, reporting them proactively and helping to improve customer journeys and our product.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet company goals.
  • Demonstrate strategic analytical skills and organizational excellence.
  • Be tech-savvy.
  • Manage customer portfolios (B2B) with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Experience with SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and empathy skills.
  • Be capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Proactively suggest new ideas.
  • Handle churn cases and retention strategies.
  • Experience with upselling and working with KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required.
