The Role

We seek an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will be to act as a consultant for existing customers, enhancing client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a specific client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships, understanding their processes and challenges, and identifying opportunities for product improvements and upselling.

What will you be doing :

  • Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to enhance engagement and inform them of product updates.
  • Understand client needs and goals, serving as the main contact for all matters related to their experience.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to ensure client satisfaction and add value to their business.
  • Proactively analyze your portfolio to make informed decisions and develop action plans for each client.
  • Recognize trends and potential issues, reporting them proactively and helping to improve customer journeys and our product.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams (Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, Finance) to meet Factorial's objectives.
  • Demonstrate strategic analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Be tech-savvy.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience managing B2B customer portfolios.
  • Experience with SaaS is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Be proactive and suggest new ideas.
  • Have previous experience handling churn cases (retention).
  • Experience with upselling.
  • Work effectively with KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required, as we are an international team.
