Formación

At Factorial, we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us elevate the company to the next level.

The Role

We are seeking an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will be to act as a consultant for existing customers, enhancing client satisfaction. You will manage a specific portfolio of clients, build long-term relationships, understand their processes and challenges, and identify opportunities for product improvements and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their requirements, and providing product updates.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to increase client satisfaction and value.
  • Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and develop action plans.
  • Report trends and potential issues to help improve customer journeys and our product.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet company goals.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and organizational skills.
  • Be technologically savvy.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience managing B2B customer portfolios; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Be proactive and suggest new ideas.
  • Have experience handling churn and retention cases.
  • Experience with upselling is required.
  • Work effectively with KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required, as we are an international team.
