The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will involve acting as a consultant for existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, and fostering long-term relationships. You will understand their processes and challenges, identify product improvements, and explore upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong client relationships through regular video calls, understanding their requirements, and providing product updates.
  • Serve as the main contact for client needs and goals, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to add value and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decisions and develop action plans.
  • Recognize trends and potential issues, helping to improve customer journeys and our product.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet company goals.
  • Demonstrate strategic analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Be tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
  • Manage customer portfolios (B2B) with at least 1 year of experience; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Proactively contribute ideas and solutions.
  • Experience dealing with churn cases and upselling is preferred.
  • Work effectively with KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required.
