We are looking for an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will involve acting as a consultant to existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their processes and issues, and identifying opportunities for product improvements and upselling.
A proficient level of Spanish and professional English is required. We are an international team!
