The Role

We seek an Account Manager to serve as the first contact for existing customers, answer queries, and increase satisfaction. You will manage a specific client portfolio, build long-term relationships, understand client processes, and identify product improvements. Advising clients on our solutions and being their main contact is key.

What will I be doing?
  1. Build strong client relationships through regular communication
  2. Gather information on assigned clients
  3. Understand client requirements and develop sales plans
  4. Provide after-sales support to retain customers
  5. Respond promptly and accurately to client queries
  6. Report on account status
  7. Suggest products/services to maximize satisfaction
  8. Promote new products/services to existing clients
  9. Resolve client issues and find solutions
  10. Collaborate with sales, product, and development teams
  11. Hold regular video calls with clients to generate engagement and demonstrate updates
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience as a BB account manager in SaaS companies
  • Analytical, organized, and multitasker
  • Proficient with digital tools
  • Fluent in English and Spanish for business communication
  • Excellent communicator and empathetic
  • Proactive with new ideas
  • Good decision-making skills
  • University education, preferably in business, is a plus
  • Experience in customer experience teams
  • Native-level Spanish speaker
