Join ChooseMyCompany as an Account Manager for the Spanish and Italian markets. You will manage client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and implement ESG reputation programs. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to impactful HR and CSR initiatives.

Formación

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or B2B client-facing roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish and Italian.
  • Comfortable using CRM and back-office tools.

Offer our clients a subscription to a SaaS software that allows them to collect, analyze and communicate ESG certified opinions. Then, if they wish to progress, personalized support based on the measurement of the effectiveness of the actions undertaken.

As an Account Manager for the Spanish and Italian market, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients. You will oversee the entire customer lifecycle , including contract renewals, strategic account management, identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities, and supporting the implementation of their ESG reputation programs .

Your main goal : ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth .

Reporting to a Team Lead and working closely with the Country Manager, your responsibilities will include :

Account Management & Renewals

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients in the Spanish or Italian market
  • Serve as their main day-to-day point of contact
  • Prepare and lead the contract renewal process
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additional products, support services, training…)

Technical and Functional Support on ESG Surveys

  • Onboard clients to our back-office platform
  • Present the features and functionalities available to them
  • Support clients in setting up their surveys and throughout the project lifecycle
  • Close the survey process and manage the final accreditation

Cross-functional Involvement

  • Participate in and take ownership of cross-functional projects aimed at improving the customer experience and platform usage

Profile

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) with 3 to 5 years of experience in account management , customer success , or B2B client-facing roles , ideally in a SaaS / HR-related environment
  • Fluent in Spanish and Italian
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Comfortable using CRM and back-office tools
  • Deep interest in HR, CSR, and employer branding topics
  • Highly organized , rigorous , and a strong team player

Position based in our co-working in Barcelona !

Fixed + variable annual salary : 30 / 40K
