As an Account Manager for the Spanish and Italian market, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients. You will oversee the entire customer lifecycle , including contract renewals, strategic account management, identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities, and supporting the implementation of their ESG reputation programs .
Your main goal : ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth .
Reporting to a Team Lead and working closely with the Country Manager, your responsibilities will include :

Fixed + variable annual salary : 30 / 40K
