Role Overview

Amigo Gaming is looking for a Russian-speaking Account Manager to oversee post-sale client relationships, drive product growth, and support ongoing expansion into key markets. The ideal candidate will be based in Barcelona and possess strong communication, sales, and analytical skills, with experience in iGaming considered a valuable asset.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage post-sale client communication, ensuring continued satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Promote new and existing products to maximize reach and performance.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and product positioning.
  • Ensure efficient product promotion tailored to each market segment.
Qualification / Requirements
  • Fluency in Russian and English is required; Spanish and Ukrainian are a plus.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated track record in sales performance or account growth.
  • Ability to create strategic proposals and support enterprise software solutions.
  • Technical understanding with the ability to link features to business value.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and financial metrics.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate projects independently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with a proactive mindset.
