We’re seeking a customer-obsessed Senior Account Manager to strengthen long-term partnerships with enterprise clients across French and Iberian markets. Acting as a strategic consultant, you’ll provide data-driven recommendations and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Your ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into actionable strategies will be key to your success in this remote-first role.
Manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews to present performance insights and growth plans
Collaborate with internal teams including Success, Product, and Operations to ensure service excellence
5+ years of experience in client relationship management, ideally in a SaaS environment
Proven track record working with large enterprise customers and managing executive-level relationships
Deep understanding of digital marketing or location-based technologies is a plus
Native-level French and fluent English required
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving customer success initiatives
