Mission

Eurofragance seeks a motivated and experienced IT Services and Project Leader to manage internal IT projects, define resources, tasks, and timelines, and ensure effective project completion. The role also involves supporting the IT Manager with daily activities and providing Level 3 support to the IT team.

The primary focus is to support Eurofragance users, resolve technical incidents at our facilities in Spain, support subsidiaries, and oversee the management of company systems, infrastructure, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee internal IT projects to meet objectives.
  2. Resource Definition: Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, technology, and budget.
  3. Task and Time Planning: Create detailed project schedules, assign tasks, and set deadlines.
  4. Internal Resource Coordination: Manage internal resources for effective collaboration.
  5. Monitoring and Reporting: Track progress, identify risks, and report to management.
  6. Support to IT Manager: Assist in daily activities, meetings, and strategic decisions.
  7. Level 3 Support: Provide advanced technical support, resolving complex issues.
  8. Other Functions: Device configuration, software updates, telephony support, security management, backup management, incident registration, external provider coordination, and administrator tasks for Windows Server and virtualized environments.

Educational Background & Interactions

Global IT team and IT Solutions Manager internally; external IT service providers externally.

Key Knowledge

  • Administrative tools: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server.
  • Office 365 and Exchange Online.
  • Networks, VPN, firewalls.
  • Monitoring tools: Desktop Engine, PRTG.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge.
  • Cloud solutions: AWS, Azure.

Languages

High/native Spanish proficiency; good command of English.

Experience Required

  • Minimum three years managing Microsoft systems and local networks.
  • Desirable experience with CISCO, Fortinet, VMware, Veeam Backup, scripting (PowerShell, Python), Office 365 – SharePoint, cloud solutions, and chemical industry knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
