Roc360, a US FinTech with Madrid operations, is recruiting entry-level professionals to join our fast-growing team in Spain. The role focuses on end-to-end order management for property appraisals in the US, vendor negotiation, and coordinating between US lenders, borrowers, and appraisers.

Ideal candidates have recently completed an undergraduate or master’s degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience; fluency in English is required as all duties are conducted with our US offices.

Formación

• Education: Recently completed Undergraduate or Master’s degree (ideally in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields) with a strong academic record.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional work experience (including relevant internships).
• Languages: 100% Fluent in English. All professional duties, meetings, and written communication are executed exclusively in English with our US offices.
• Skills: A proactive problem-solver, results-oriented, with a strong interest in real estate and global macroeconomic trends.

Responsabilidades

• Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of property appraisal orders across the US.
• Vendor Negotiation: Identify, engage, and negotiate competitive fees and timelines with top-tier American appraisers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between US lenders, borrowers, and appraisers.
• Quality Control: Validate completed appraisals, ensuring top-notch quality before financial deployment.
