Main Responsibilities:
- Target, develop, and close opportunities in Enterprise Accounts within the assigned vertical: Public Administration.
- Develop and maintain a territory channel plan for local partners aligned with the channel team, coordinating with other Account Managers managing national and global partners with local presence.
- Enhance customer relationships by managing and coordinating all activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions.
- Create Sales Account plans to identify, quantify, and recommend sales actions to address new business opportunities, consistent with Huawei's overall enterprise strategy.
- Employ available Sales Engagement Deliverables to demonstrate efficient, focused, and aligned execution.
- Use Huawei reporting tools to ensure knowledge sharing, synergies, and business predictability.
- Work with individual targets and execute in alignment with team objectives.
- Understand and practice Solution Sales Mechanism/Components.
- Obtain extensive industry and Huawei enterprise hard skills knowledge.
- Provide customer and market insight feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
Requirements:
- +5 years of ICT solutions sales or account management experience with a proven track record in projects/accounts focused on Public Administration.
- Experience building long-term relationships with large accounts.
- Ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology and manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical levels.
- Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, and develop customer product competitive strategies and plans.
- Good working knowledge of ICT solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills, time management, creativity, and innovative thinking.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
