Our client, Huawei, is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. Main Responsibilities:

  1. Target, develop, and close opportunities in Enterprise Accounts within the assigned vertical: Public Administration.
  2. Develop and maintain a territory channel plan for local partners aligned with the channel team, coordinating with other Account Managers managing national and global partners with local presence.
  3. Enhance customer relationships by managing and coordinating all activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions.
  4. Create Sales Account plans to identify, quantify, and recommend sales actions to address new business opportunities, consistent with Huawei's overall enterprise strategy.
  5. Employ available Sales Engagement Deliverables to demonstrate efficient, focused, and aligned execution.
  6. Use Huawei reporting tools to ensure knowledge sharing, synergies, and business predictability.
  7. Work with individual targets and execute in alignment with team objectives.
  8. Understand and practice Solution Sales Mechanism/Components.
  9. Obtain extensive industry and Huawei enterprise hard skills knowledge.
  10. Provide customer and market insight feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and brand integrity.

Requirements:

  1. +5 years of ICT solutions sales or account management experience with a proven track record in projects/accounts focused on Public Administration.
  2. Experience building long-term relationships with large accounts.
  3. Ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology and manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical levels.
  4. Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, and develop customer product competitive strategies and plans.
  5. Good working knowledge of ICT solutions.
  6. Excellent collaboration skills, time management, creativity, and innovative thinking.
  7. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
