Formación

Are you adaptable, curious, and persistent? Amazon is seeking new Account Managers to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.

Your role will focus on contributing to new merchant acquisition through phone / email prospecting and recruiting merchants who can offer a diverse range of products, pricing, and availability.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email.
  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Educate merchants about Amazon’s standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Enable merchants to utilize Amazon's tools and systems for efficient catalog, inventory, and performance management.
  • Understand category specifics to identify trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor pitches and advice.
  • Track, report, and analyze development results for your merchant portfolio.
  • Manage your time effectively to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of sales experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in sales (please describe your experience).
