A leading e-commerce company seeks an experienced professional to optimize seller operations and drive growth in the European market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce platforms, be fluent in Chinese, and demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills to enhance seller performance.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce platform industry.
  • Fluency in Chinese is required.
  • Successful 0-1 project cases in previous work experience.

Descripción del empleo

  • Familiarize with the European ecommerce industry, with extensive experience in seller incubation and operations.
  • Quickly segment and manage sellers, clarify the product structure and source of category sellers, streamline and formulate growth paths for KA and PKA sellers, and provide growth assistance to sellers at different levels. Continuously optimize the operation mechanism of merchants.
  • Understand the cross-border e-commerce system, develop development goals for different merchants based on platform characteristics and model requirements, cooperate to solve problems after merchant entry, and promote rapid expansion of products and sales for sellers.
  • Insight into the operational dynamics of competitors, platform user composition analysis, and analysis of hot-selling product categories. Identify business opportunities and drive growth for sellers of different levels and types.
  • Familiar with the structure of new and hot-selling European products in the Chinese market.
  • Improve user relationships and user stickiness through product precipitation, anticipate industry opportunities, and apply them to different sellers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as product and business intelligence (BI), combine seller / operational pain points, and promote the implementation of optimization solutions, continuously improving customer experience.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce platform industry. Experience in brand merchant / category operations is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in Chinese
  • Clear logical thinking, possess methodology, and have successful 0-1 project cases in previous work.
  • Strong self-drive, proactive, good communication skills, strong project coordination ability, and ability to work across departments, taking initiative.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, with above-average Excel skills (formulas / pivot tables, etc.).
  • Strong sensitivity to the online marketplace and data, excellent analysis and data disaggregation abilities.
