• Mandatory knowledge of the boat rental industry.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Italian is a strong advantage.

• Oversee technical development phases and manage the backlog.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, and closing deals.

• Lead the commercial strategy and develop the Nautic Manager client portfolio.
• Manage the entire sales cycle : field prospecting, phone / email outreach, demos, and closing deals.
• Oversee the product's technical development phases and manage the backlog.
• Client follow-up : Ensure all partners are satisfied with the product.
• Participate in Nautical Exhibitions (Genoa, Venice, Naples, etc.).

• Proficiency in IT and the internet is essential (experience in project management is required).
