The Role :
As an Account Manager , you will be responsible for retaining revenue and identifying upsell opportunities within your customer base. This role combines account management and customer success, ensuring customers achieve measurable ROI from our products. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging industry expertise and product knowledge to foster long-term relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and mitigate churn risks.
