QbD Group, a specialized consultancy company and partner of life sciences companies, supports clients globally in the development, transformation, and management of their product and service lifecycles. We aim to provide high-quality consulting services for the benefit of patients and consumers worldwide. To expand our services within Spain, we are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record to join our Spanish commercial team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and expand business in Spain.
  2. Prospect, identify, and evaluate new business opportunities with both new and existing customers, focusing on developing key accounts for long-term consulting and project-based services.
  3. Build long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships, supporting clients from idea to patient.
  4. Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  5. Manage the full sales process, from lead identification to contracting, with accurate follow-up in the CRM system.
  6. Expand your network within the life sciences sector by participating in networking associations.
  7. Build internal networks within QbD, including with consultants, sales colleagues, HR, and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a scientific field with 10-15 years of relevant experience, commercial flair, and common sense.
  • Proven track record in developing relationships with mid-level and senior customer contacts.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Passion for the medical device, pharma, or biotech sectors, with the ability to discuss technical topics.
  • High-level knowledge of quality system standards, GMP environments, and developments in the cell & gene sectors is advantageous.
  • Ability to engage clients across activities crucial for bringing products to market, including clinical, regulatory, quality systems, validation, and communication.
  • Comfortable working with various tools and systems, with accurate CRM follow-up.
