Responsibilities

This role focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with key EMEIA accounts, including :

  • Account management for retention and growth
  • Quarterly face-to-face business reviews
  • Adding value through new markets, services, and relationships

Additional duties include :

  • Using CRM systems for sales tracking
  • Forecasting and monitoring account metrics
  • Conducting monthly reviews
  • Preparing and presenting proposals
  • Providing smooth handovers to Operations for new projects
  • Supporting account management and marketing activities as needed
  • Sharing customer roadmap aspirations with the regulatory team
