Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will:

  1. Achieve sales quotas and targets
  2. Focus on SMB sales, primarily outbound activities to SMB customers
  3. Build and maintain client relationships to increase revenue and growth
  4. Track, manage, and report sales activities
  5. Communicate client feedback for follow-up and resolution
  6. Prepare and ensure the quality of commercial and technical proposals
  7. Maintain accurate CRM records
