Job Description:

The Account Manager Hotel Chains reports to the Area Manager Hotel Chains and is responsible for developing strong relationships with hotel chains. The role involves ensuring partners understand HBX’s value proposition and the tools available to maximize their revenue. Building rapport and trust through a consultative approach is crucial. The manager will optimize and manage their portfolio by implementing Central Framework agreements, negotiating commercial conditions, and tailoring product offerings to fit partner needs. The role also involves meeting or exceeding performance and financial targets, focusing on driving profitability, differentiation, and long-term value creation.

We are seeking candidates based in Spain or anywhere in Europe.

  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
