We are looking for a Account Manager to join our company.

What you will be doing

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and long-term relationships.
  • Ensure a smooth client experience, from onboarding to daily operations.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (risk, operations, finance, legal) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor key account performance metrics (volumes, fees, chargebacks, etc.).
  • Support clients in issue resolution and proactively work to prevent incidents.
  • Stay up to date with regulations and trends in the industry to provide strategic guidance.
  • Support the commercial team in preparing proposals for new gambling clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Account Manager in fintech, payments, or the gambling industry.
  • Solid understanding of online payment systems and the specific challenges of the gambling vertical (acquiring, chargebacks, compliance).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commercial focus and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
