We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in software outsourcing or technology consulting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years in account management or client success roles.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain trust with C-level and stakeholder contacts; expand relationships within client organizations; conduct regular QBRs, roadmap reviews, and satisfaction checks to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Growth & Revenue : Identify and close upsell / cross-sell opportunities; extend our presence within client departments; forecast and meet revenue and margin targets.
- Delivery Alignment : Monitor project status, risks, and KPIs; collaborate with Project / Program Managers to translate delivery insights into commercial actions; support delivery teams to meet business goals.
- Commercial Governance : Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and change orders; manage invoicing, collections, and gross-margin health.
- Account Planning & Reporting : Maintain account plans, opportunity pipelines, and revenue forecasts; provide status updates to leadership.
- Voice of the Customer : Incorporate client feedback into product and service improvements.
- Client Strategy & Business Consultancy : Act as a strategic advisor; facilitate workshops; contribute to digital transformation initiatives with clients.
- At least 5+ years in account management or client success roles within software outsourcing or technology consulting.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, delivery metrics, and outsourcing commercial models such as T&M, managed teams, and fixed scope.
- Practical experience in contract negotiations and P&L ownership.
- Deep knowledge of the pre-sales process for enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentations, status reports, and negotiations.
- Ability to interpret delivery and business dashboards, identify trends, and translate insights into commercial actions.
- Understanding of financial metrics and business case modeling.
Preferred Skills
- 2+ years managing enterprise-scale accounts.
- Knowledge of the travel technology ecosystem.
- Additional language skills beyond fluent English.
Requirements
Relevant experience in account management, business development, pre-sales, up-sales, and familiarity with the travel industry.
