We are looking for you as Account Manager to join our Client Services Team in one of our offices or remotely.

What you will contribute:
- You are the contact person for all digital-comms-related topics and collaborate with colleagues from Editorial, Creation, Strategy/Planning, and Data Science.
- Your tasks include strategic and conceptual consulting for a large client in digital marketing, especially in social media, digital strategy, CRM, and content marketing.
- You manage stakeholder expectations and communicate transparently about budget, timing, and scope.
- You manage the operational processes on client projects and are the main contact for the client in project organization and management.
- You stay up to date with current trends in the digital market to proactively propose new ideas and innovations.
What you have to bring:
- Experience in digital marketing.
- A good university degree in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or a comparable field.
- A generalist who enjoys bringing people and productive teams together while bridging the gap between diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to advise clients effectively.
- Knowledge in at least one of the following topics: CRM, digital strategy, social media, SEO/SEA.
- Strong organizational skills and structured working style.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally Jira.
- Hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- Very good business level English (C1-C2); German/French/Spanish is a plus.
