Overview

As an Account Manager, you will apply your extensive knowledge in strategy, planning, and media campaigns across all channels. The agency offers training and professional development opportunities, including coaching from senior leaders. Building strong relationships with clients and external partners is crucial in this role.

Responsibilities

How you’ll spend your day:

  • Establishing direct relationships with the client's marketing team, including global media and product marketing teams
  • Developing overall strategies and media rationales
  • Setting optimal application of strategic lines
  • Coordinating global branding efforts
  • Collaborating with the Planning Unit on media campaign development and purchasing
  • Integrating various disciplines of communication plans to provide a holistic client view
  • Estimating needs and defining characteristics to meet objectives
  • Monitoring and evaluating campaign objectives
  • Managing budget control and billing approvals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or related fields, or 3-4 years of client management experience
  • At least 1 year of managerial experience, preferably with international accounts
  • Strong multimedia and digital media planning skills
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher), assessed during interview
  • Excellent communication skills, being dynamic, flexible, and proactive
