We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our Customer Success Team. Your role will involve engaging with customers, promoting our products to grow their businesses, and supporting restaurant owners to succeed using TheFork solutions.

You will be part of a team of 10, with access to training, tools, and support to excel in your role.

What you will do:

  • Make outbound calls to present solutions that help restaurants generate more revenue with TheFork.
  • Support customers via email and phone with positioning strategies, revenue management, and online marketing.
  • Sell, upsell, and retain products and customers.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide support and training on our tools.

Your KPIs include (but are not limited to):

  • Products sold and maintained in your portfolio.
  • Increase engagement with TheFork tools.
  • Participation in TheFork Festivals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales
  • Handling 45-50 outbound/inbound calls daily with numerous accounts (500-800)
  • Experience as a sales representative or account manager
  • Experience with restaurants is essential
  • Experience in e-commerce is essential
  • Native Spanish and high English proficiency
