Purpose :

The role is responsible for coordinating all 360º, integrated client campaigns and projects. The Account Manager provides strategic counsel and assists in business development, understanding the agency’s strategic objectives to guide the client to the most appropriate and innovative marketing and digital solutions.

Therefore, AM must work collaboratively with the rest of the teams (creative, strategy, production, experience, digital), communicating clearly to ensure the best end results for the client. He/she must be a strategic thinker and possess the ability to bring new ideas to clients while safeguarding company objectives and vision.

Responsibilities :
  1. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with the client.
  2. Present and negotiate project plans and budgets with specialized profiles if necessary.
  3. Be responsible for delivering end-to-end launch campaigns.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for key internal stakeholders including the creative, strategy, and production teams.
  5. Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects according to client needs and objectives.
  6. Work with the strategy team to brief the rest of the involved profiles in each project.
  7. Brief and evaluate creative work in relation to agreed guidelines and strategy.
  8. Ensure the correct involvement of both client and agency profiles on planned project dates.
  9. Monitor work progress and maintain contact with the client at all stages.
  10. Arrange and schedule meetings fitting with project plans.
  11. Present and defend agency ideas confidently.
Qualifications :
  1. Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager in an advertising agency.
  2. Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and love for technical challenges.
  4. Outstanding attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Strong organizational skills.
  7. Commercial awareness and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus), both oral and written.
