A leading company in the software industry is seeking an Account Manager based in Barcelona to support customer success. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, nurturing client relationships, and growing the customer base by effectively onboarding new clients and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of account management experience and be fluent in Spanish, English, and French.

Descripción del empleo

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid their success using our product. This will be achieved through developing effective communication with clients and internal team members to understand and address customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the company to ensure customer success
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs
  • Visit customers to identify growth opportunities within our platform
  • Manage reporting on the health of customer accounts
  • Handle onboarding of new clients and finalise negotiations with incoming clients, including contacting potential customers (HUNTER)

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of previous account management experience
  • Articulate with experience in client-facing roles
  • Fluent in Spanish, English, and French
