Main Responsibilities :
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets : Drive revenue growth by achieving sales objectives across the EMEA region, managing Italian-speaking leads
- Engage and Nurture Leads : Communicate with pre-qualified prospects, understanding their needs and guiding them through the decision-making process
- Customize Solutions : Identify customer requirements and present tailored products and services that go beyond expectations
- Showcase Value Proposition : Highlight the unique benefits of the solutions offered, addressing any questions and fostering enthusiasm
- Deliver Engaging Demos : Conduct compelling online demonstrations that effectively illustrate the product’s capabilities and advantages
- Close Sales Successfully : Convert potential clients into long-term customers by confidently managing negotiations and finalizing deals
- Contribute to Team Success : Play a key role in the sales team’s growth and continuous improvement, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
Core Skills / Experience :
- Fluent Communication : Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in Italian, ensuring clear and persuasive interactions
- Sales Expertise : Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales-driven role, demonstrating the ability to convert leads into customers
- Strong Organizational Abilities : Detail-oriented mindset with excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Tech-Savvy and Industry Enthusiast : Genuine interest in SaaS solutions, particularly within the travel and hospitality sector
- Adaptability and Growth Mindset : Eagerness to learn, thrive, and evolve in a dynamic, fast-paced digital environment (experience in a startup is a plus)
