Our product, with an impressive NPS of +65, is beloved by thousands of freight forwarders worldwide. We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our ambitious team.

Role : (Jr / Mid) Account Executive

You will be responsible for managing a specific region and a portfolio of customers. Your primary goal will be to grow our customer base within your region. You will become an air cargo expert, fostering strong relationships with local freight forwarders and advising them on how to enhance productivity using cargo.one pro across their entire organization.

You can work from (almost) anywhere in Spain. We are a remote company, but regularly meet in person, too.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Take ownership of regional growth by selling cargo.one pro to local freight forwarder teams.
  • Manage a sales quota and drive full-cycle sales deals, from initial call to demo to closing.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve offerings and campaigns for expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local freight forwarders.
  • Ensure our offerings are competitive and collaborate with local partners to provide the best customer experience.

Ideal Candidate :

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment (sales experience is a plus but not required).
  • Entrepreneurial drive with decision-making abilities in challenging environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to thinking.
  • Willingness to embrace uncertainty and display adaptability.
  • Strong growth mentality and bias for action.
  • Willingness to travel and flexible regarding work location.
  • Ability to learn and accept feedback openly.
  • Native proficiency in English.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience in logistics and / or air freight.
  • Fluency in any other European languages.
