What this job can offer you
Sales helps our prospective customers and active customers fully experience our Global HR Platform. The Sales team responds to incoming queries and helps customers understand how to maximize Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote and make a difference in the global employment space as an Account Executive in the Swiss region. This is a pure hunting role, focused on driving new business.
What you bring
- Proven success in building key customer relationships, including decision makers and champions, to drive client outcomes, grow accounts, and meet or exceed quotas.
- Native or professional fluency in German and French, with excellent English communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of sales processes, including qualifying opportunities, initiating and converting prospects, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build an outbound sales pipeline using various channels, including cold calls.
- High integrity and work ethic.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Understanding of our services and industry position.
- Ability to build trust and act as an advisor to clients.
- Sales forecasting skills to meet monthly targets.
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus, remote work experience is a bonus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas, managing the entire sales cycle.
- Identify new opportunities from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain a current pipeline of volume-based opportunities.
- Present and communicate effectively with potential clients.
- Promptly answer client questions and follow up.
- Collaborate with key departments to support client experience.
- Close deals efficiently, guiding clients through the process.
- Understand and address the needs of small and mid-sized business clients.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and industry events.

The base salary for this role ranges from $37,475 to $126,550 USD, depending on factors like location, skills, experience, and business needs. Salaries are reviewed regularly and may change.
