Sales helps our prospective and active customers fully experience our Global HR Platform. The Sales team responds to incoming queries and assists customers in maximizing Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote and make a difference in the global employment space as an Account Executive in our Swiss sales team. This role is focused on acquiring new business, driving growth for Remote.

What you bring

  • Proven success in building customer relationships with key decision makers and champions, driving client outcomes, growing accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Native or professional fluency in German and French, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes, including qualifying opportunities, initiating and converting prospects, closing deals, and achieving quotas.
  • Ability to build an outbound sales pipeline using various channels, including cold calls.
  • High integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Understanding of our services and industry position.
  • Ability to build trust and act as an advisor to clients.
  • Forecasting skills to meet sales targets monthly.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop opportunities with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, meet/exceed quotas.
  • Identify new opportunities from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain a current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
  • Present and communicate effectively with potential clients.
  • Respond promptly to client questions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client processes.
  • Guide clients through the sales process kindly and efficiently.
  • Design solutions tailored to small and mid-sized business needs.
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, and industry events.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

We ensure fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits worldwide, paying above local rates to support global talent-hiring and local wealth. Our salary range for this role is $37,475 to $126,550 USD, determined by role, level, location, skills, and experience. Actual pay depends on various factors and may change.
