Formación

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in business development or account management.

THE ROLE

As Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for creating and growing relationships with top brands in order to bring value in At-Home Sampling, Market Research, and Social-Influencer Services. We want you to join us in developing and further strengthening our partnerships with big and small Food & Beverage brands in the Spanish Market.

By working alongside our fun-spirited and dedicated team, you will gain valuable insights and expertise in the industry, as we strive to create strategic marketing plans and bespoke campaigns that perfectly align with our brand's requirements and objectives.

YOU WILL

  1. Manage the full sales cycle, ranging from resourcing new potential collaborations to managing key accounts combined with reporting on campaign performance.
  2. Develop and nurture strong relationships with our partners in the FMCG industry.
  3. Identify and qualify prospects and decision-makers in targeted companies to detect short-mid-long term opportunities.
  4. Manage your sales pipeline efficiently through Pipedrive CRM.
  5. Up-sell premium services by identifying challenges that our prospective customers face, and discover the best solutions for their business.
  6. Provide market insights and social media advice to brands about their campaign performance.
  7. Attend visits to food fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings throughout Europe.
  8. Develop Degusta Box's identity within the assigned market.
  9. Work closely with the Operations team to create boxes that our B2C customers love.

THIS IS YOU

  1. You speak Spanish at a native or close to native level and have a professional level of English.
  2. You have 1-2 years of previous Sales experience, ranging from Business Development to Account Management.
  3. You have excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  4. You are goal-oriented and enthusiastic.
  5. You are a strategic professional with an analytical mindset.
  6. You’re organized and work well in a team.
  7. You enjoy presenting and can express yourself both face-to-face and through other mediums of communication.
  8. You are passionate about the food industry.
  9. You are eager to prove yourself and your entrepreneurial mindset in an exciting and challenging project.
  10. You are looking to join a young, dynamic team within a relaxed yet motivated environment.
  11. You love food (but really, who doesn't).
