Formación

You are responsible for generating revenue and expanding our business and partnerships through sales efforts. Your role includes creating and identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals while staying informed about market conditions. Specifically, you will develop business in marketing, content, and data for the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively identify new business opportunities
  2. Design tailored solutions for each client
  3. Acquire clients in marketing, digital, product, medical affairs, and data sectors within the pharmaceutical industry
  4. Secure new partners to help distribute our offerings
  5. Maintain accurate information in our CRM
  6. Track daily activities and plan next steps to ensure timely follow-ups
Who you are?

You have:

  1. A degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related life sciences, or experience in the healthcare sector (preferred)
  2. At least 2 years of sales experience
  3. Experience with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills
  5. Ability to analyze large data sets from multiple sources with keen attention to detail
  6. Motivation to meet sales targets and a proactive approach to finding new opportunities
  7. An entrepreneurial and creative mindset, eager to learn and grow daily
  8. Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently with resilience and flexibility
  9. Team-oriented attitude—willing to support colleagues' success
  10. Native proficiency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English
