Job Responsibilities
  • Co-responsible for the strategic and operational development to achieve the company's goals in Spain, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Manage a portfolio of potential customers (prospects) in your own market, from initial contact (cold calling) to closing sales.
  • Future opportunities for advancement to team lead, managing other employees in the workshop chains sector.
  • Motivated team environment focused on driving success.
Your Profile
  • Passionate about sales: experienced in B2B / SaaS / automotive sales and enjoys inspiring others.
  • Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Values partnership-based, sustainable sales at eye level.
  • Has experience building and scaling digital B2B businesses and acquiring SaaS customers.
  • Flexible, quick to adapt, and highly independent.
  • Native or bilingual in Spanish, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
