What this job can offer you

The Sales team helps prospective and current customers maximize our Global HR Platform. This role involves responding to inquiries and guiding clients to utilize our products effectively, embodying our value of Transparency with a fair price guarantee.

Join us as an Account Executive in the Iberia region, driving new business in a pure hunting role within our Sales Team. Make a difference in the global employment space.

What you bring
  • Experience as an Account Executive or in SaaS sales, with a track record of building relationships and exceeding quotas
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and ability to manage multiple decision-makers
  • Ability to build outbound pipelines using various channels, including cold calls
  • High integrity, motivation, independence, and good time management
  • Knowledge of our industry and ability to act as a trusted advisor
  • Forecasting skills to meet sales targets
  • HR industry experience and remote work experience are pluses; fluency in Portuguese or Italian is also a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed 'Land' deals with accurate close dates
  • Meet/exceed sales quotas, managing the full sales cycle
  • Identify opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline

Remote Compensation Philosophy

We ensure fair, unbiased pay and benefits globally, paying above local rates to support global talent and local wealth. Our salary bands consider geographic pay differentials, with an OTE of USD 74,650 to USD 168,000. Actual pay depends on many factors and may change.
