ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM: We are a team of 80 sales representatives who value learning and development. This is a consultative sales role where you act as a trusted advisor to vendors. As a leading marketplace in the wedding sector, we serve as the go‑to reference for businesses in this industry. You will take a consultative sales approach, not only advising clients with personalized campaigns but also training them in marketing and sales strategies to help their business grow.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, renew and expand the assigned client portfolio
  • Training and consulting for clients: provide guidance and support to help them understand and leverage products/services to meet their business needs
  • Handle cancellation requests from dissatisfied customers with the aim of recovering them
  • Recover former customers by investigating previous campaign issues and finding solutions to meet their needs, with the goal of long‑term retention
Successful candidates have
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and B2B client management (new business development, client retention, and account management)
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent listening and communication abilities
  • Highly results‑oriented, determined, and team‑driven
  • A strong passion for sales and a proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in multicultural, structured, and dynamic environments
  • Native‑level Italian and fluent English proficiency
  • Excellent ability to organize your agenda and proficient in Excel

This role is Together@TKWW eligible and is based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
