Frontline employees support companies in leveraging EcoVadis solutions to improve sustainable business practices across global supply chains.

Your role involves acquiring new suppliers in Southern Europe to expand the EV network, increase response rates, and enhance the onboarding experience.

You will act as a trusted advisor, influencing customer interactions from their initial experience onward. This position involves engagement with EcoVadis customers (buyers & suppliers) and internal teams to provide high-quality service and promote EcoVadis values.

Responsibilities :

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, tickets, webinars, etc., to support onboarding, resolve queries, and promote EV adoption in Southern Europe.
  • Identify high-value customers for targeted outreach and engagement using sales tactics.
  • Manage and monitor your portfolio to maximize conversions.
  • Proactively nurture and rebuild your pipeline, re-engage customers, and increase inflow.
  • Work independently to manage tasks efficiently, demonstrating commercial awareness to identify opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the evaluation process, becoming a CSR expert to handle objections.
  • Capture insights, report proactively, and collaborate with team leaders and other units to align customer expectations and participation.
  • Drive KPIs such as conversion rate and quality score.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in sales or upselling / inside sales preferred, with proactive outreach skills.
  • At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to interpret data to inform actions.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with presentations to large groups.
  • Team-oriented, autonomous, and proactive.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Motivated to improve customer experience and suggest innovations.
