What will you do in this Mid-Market Account Executive role?

As an Account Executive at HubSpot, you will use inbound selling strategies to find new business and help clients grow using HubSpot software. You will benefit from inbound leads and work with Business Development Reps to research prospects and develop outreach strategies. You will run online demos of HubSpot software and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition. Your target clients will mainly be mid-sized businesses. This position is based out of your home office, working in an inside sales model, and it is a full-cycle closing role.

Responsibilities include :

  • Identify challenges faced by prospective customers and discover suitable inbound marketing solutions
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota
  • Nurture relationships with qualified opportunities at mid-sized companies
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal teams to grow new business
  • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to evolve sales strategies as new features are introduced
  • Contribute ideas and perspectives to shape HubSpot’s future

Requirements :

  • Based in Spain for remote opportunities
  • 3-5 years of closing sales experience
  • Fluent in Spanish & English; Portuguese is a plus
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Proven high performance (e.g., over quota, President's Club)
  • Goal-oriented with a strong achievement approach
  • Excellent communication, time management, and adaptability for remote success
  • Experience in high-growth, scaling environments
  • Passion for business growth and tech industry curiosity
  • Humility and enthusiasm
