Account Executive Italian Market

Job Description:

We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany launch in Italy and cover the Italian market. ChooseMyCompany is a French company launched in 2011, committed to improving work conditions and wellbeing by gathering employee opinions.

Our SaaS product helps companies:

• Gather information about employee and client wellbeing
• Analyze data to understand current status
• Identify impactful measures to enhance wellbeing
• Provide a comprehensive engagement score for reporting
• Share key organizational insights, including on social media

Your mission will include:

• Reaching prospects using our tools and networks
• Activating your personal networks
• Engaging in HR forums, conferences, and events
• Signing both Freemium and Premium customers
• Converting Freemium users to Premium through demonstrations

You will have a significant impact on the company's future and will be involved in strategic decisions, including building the Italian office and possibly expanding to other countries.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will:

• Have around 4+ years of sales experience with proven success
• Possess strong entrepreneurial skills and project management experience
• Have European nationality or work permit eligibility
• Be native Italian speakers and fluent in English
