We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany launch in Italy and cover the Italian market.

ChooseMyCompany is a French company that was launched in 2011 with the conviction that gathering opinions from the employees is key to improve work conditions and wellbeing in a company.

ChooseMyCompany sells to any kind of company a powerful SaaS (Software as a Service) that aims at:

  1. Gathering information about the wellbeing of its employees and clients
  2. Analyzing this information to get a clear picture of where you are
  3. Helping you deep dive into all dimensions and identify strong impact measures to improve wellbeing in your company
  4. Providing a Score that would gather all engagement dimensions in one to help you build extra financial reports
  5. Sharing key information about your organization (including on social media).

Your mission will consist of:

  1. Reaching as many prospects as possible. Here are some ideas to generate leads:
  • You can count on our tools and international clients
  • You will need to activate your networks
  • You will have to make sure CMC is part of the whole HR ecosystem (forums, conferences, events...)
  • Signing both Freemium (”get ChooseMyCompany Labels for free”) and Premium customers (paid subscription to SaaS software to get the label and analyze the results)
  • Converting Freemium customers to Premium by providing a complete demonstration of ChooseMyCompany tools.
  • Getting involved in strategic choices and taking responsibility and ownership of the sales process to build the core of the Italian office.
  • Our dream candidate would fit the following criteria (and if you don’t but you are still motivated, you should get in touch with us anyway):

    1. Exponential growth in sales responsibilities and execution
    2. Help expand the team in Italy
    3. Assist ChooseMyCompany in its presence in other countries to build its sales team and processes.

    Profile:

    1. You have initial sales experience (~4 years or more), have some previous sales successes and can present them.
    2. You have strong entrepreneurial skills - you've already managed a project from start to finish and are proud of it. You liked it and you want to participate in building something new.
    3. You have European nationality or the possibility of obtaining a work permit in the country.
    4. Italian is your native language and you are fluent in English.
