Job summary

Hudl is expanding its Account Executive team in Europe and seeks professionals who can sell to sports organizations across France and BeNeLux. The role targets semi-professional, amateur and grassroots football, leveraging Hudl’s leading sports software.

You will focus on sourcing and signing new customers while collaborating with a dynamic sales team. Candidates should live within commuting distance of Barcelona and be able to attend the office at least 3 days per week.

Your Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team and work directly with sports organizations across France and BeNeLux. You’ll primarily focus on the semi-professional, amateur and grassroots football market. As a Sales team, our goal is to understand our clients' pain points and help them make the most of our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to focus on sourcing and signing new customers.

For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Barcelona. You will be required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

Must-Haves

• You have experience in a customer-facing sales role, and you’ve shown a commitment to your sales education by enrolling in a development programme.
• You have hands-on experience working within a football club as an analyst, coach, or scout, with direct experience using Hudl products in your day-to-day workflow.

Nice-to-Haves

• Additional sales experience. You understand SaaS sales methodologies and consulting methodologies, know why we always put the customer first, and strive to generate revenue by excelling at technical pre-sales and solution consulting.
• Experience using Hudl products such as Sportscode and Statsbomb.
• Fluency or working proficiency in Dutch is a strong plus to help support our BeNeLux territory.

Compensation

The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are displayed below. Typically, the total compensation will fall within the middle of the OTE band.

Our compensation decisions are based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.

Final compensation will depend on your performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.
