Colt Technology Services recherche un Account Executive passionné pour son équipe dynamique à Barcelone. En tant que chasseur de nouvelles affaires, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'expansion du portefeuille clients en France et en Europe. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de votre pipeline de ventes, tout en travaillant main dans la main avec des équipes internes pour offrir des solutions de connectivité innovantes à des clients d'entreprise.

Formación

At Colt Technology Services, we’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base across the DACH region, helping enterprise customers unlock the power of Colt’s cutting-edge connectivity and IT solutions.

What you will do:
  • Hunt for new business: Prospect, cold call, and engage with potential customers to win new logos and grow our customer portfolio.
  • Understand client needs: Translate business requirements into tailored solutions that deliver real value.
  • Own your pipeline: Build and maintain a strong sales funnel, consistently forecast and hit monthly ACV targets.
  • Collaborate & innovate: Work closely with internal teams to improve strategy, share insights, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay ahead: Keep up with market trends and industry developments to stay sharp and relevant.
What we're looking for:
  • A results-driven sales hunter with a proven track record of acquiring new enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in telecom, IT, or network connectivity is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – you know how to listen, ask the right questions, and close deals.
  • A team player who’s self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and the hustle of building something new.
  • Proficient in Excel and Access.
  • Fluent in German and English.
Education

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
