THE ROLE

As an Account Executive, you will create and grow relationships with top brands to add value through At-Home Sampling, Market Research, and Social-Influencer Services. You will help develop and strengthen partnerships with Food & Beverage brands in the French Market.

Working with our dedicated team, you will gain industry insights and expertise, developing strategic marketing plans and bespoke campaigns aligned with our clients' objectives.

YOU WILL

  1. Manage the full sales cycle, from sourcing new collaborations to managing key accounts and reporting on campaign performance.
  2. Develop and nurture strong relationships within the FMCG industry.
  3. Identify and qualify prospects and decision-makers to uncover opportunities.
  4. Manage your sales pipeline efficiently using Pipedrive CRM.
  5. Upsell premium services by understanding client challenges and offering solutions.
  6. Provide market insights and social media advice to brands on campaign performance.
  7. Attend food fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings across Europe.
  8. Help develop Degusta Box's identity within the assigned market.
  9. Collaborate with the Operations team to create popular boxes for B2C customers.

THIS IS YOU

  • You speak French at a native or near-native level and have professional English skills.
  • You have 1-2 years of sales experience, including Business Development or Account Management.
  • You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and strategic with an analytical mindset.
  • You are organized, a team player, and enjoy presenting both face-to-face and via other mediums.
  • You are passionate about the food industry and eager to prove yourself in a dynamic environment.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are motivated by challenging projects.
  • You seek to join a young, relaxed, yet driven team.
  • You love food (who doesn't?).
