Okta Iberia is Hiring!
Okta’s Iberia sales organisation is a small team looking to grow in the Enterprise Market. This is an exciting role for an experienced professional who wants to be part of a hyper-growth scale-up environment. You will be empowered to grow certain industry groups that fall within the IBEX, Public Sector and top non-trading accounts. This will cover both Spain and Portugal.

As an Okta Enterprise Account Executive you will:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings;
  2. Embrace Okta’s #1 core value to always love our customers;
  3. Generate new business within larger complex deal scenarios, leveraging the Partner Eco-Systems;
  4. Position Okta at “business value” level with target stakeholders;
  5. Champion Okta to prospective clients at sales presentations, site visits and product demonstrations;
  6. Build effective working partnerships with your Okta colleagues (channel partners, sales engineering, business value management, customer first and many more globally) with humility and enthusiasm.

You could be a great fit for this role if you have:

  1. Passion for technology and how it can help organisations compete and thrive in the Digital Age;
  2. Excitement about the opportunity to be a founding member of the Nordic arm of an exciting and fast-growing SaaS provider;
  3. A track record of success selling Software-as-a-Service and/or Cloud Computing services to Enterprise Organisations in Spain;
  4. Experience in value-based selling at senior/C-Level;
  5. A reputation as a trusted business partner for your peers in the local reseller and system integrator community;
  6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  7. Open to travel across Spain and Portugal as and when needed;

You might also have:

  1. Understanding of and experience with Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-on and API-based solutions;
  2. BSc/BA degree or equivalent (preferred but not essential);
  3. Spanish, Portuguese and English Speaker;
