Account Executive DACH - 100% Remote
What Will You Do?
As a member of Smartpricing’s Sales team for the DACH Market, you will be part of a cohesive team aiming to make us the No. 1 Pricing Software in the region by the end of 2024. You will participate in both in-person and remote training sessions and support the expansion of Smartpricing in the DACH market (Germany, Swiss German, and Austria) through activities such as:
- Sales negotiation: Managing a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects, articulating and demonstrating our value proposition to generate enthusiasm.
- Participation in trade fairs and events: Attending 1-2 trade fairs per year and organizing on-site meetings with customers.
- Business Development: Proactively seeking new business opportunities through cold calling and emailing.
- Data analysis and reviews: Developing analytical skills by reviewing your pipeline with advanced sales tools.
- Reaching monthly targets: Aiming to meet and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) targets with an incentivizing bonus plan.
What Are We Looking For?
- German language: Mother Tongue or C2 level.
- Good English skills: B2 level – Ability to understand and interact effectively in an international environment.
- Team player with a winning mentality: Consistently exceeding 100% of monthly quotas and supporting colleagues.
- Data-driven thinking: Skilled in analyzing data and making decisions based on quantitative evidence.
- Desire to learn: Willing to receive coaching and improve sales skills through reading and training.
- Experience in sales (3-5 years) in SaaS, Software, or Services, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Organization: Attention to detail, careful planning, and timely CRM updates.
- Productivity: Motivated to sell into SMEs with short, intense sales cycles.
