As a member of Smartpricing’s Sales team for the DACH Market, you will be part of a cohesive team whose goal is to make us the No. 1 Pricing Software in the region by the end of 2024. You will participate in both in-person and remote training sessions. You will support the sales team in expanding Smartpricing in the DACH market (Germany, Swiss German, and Austria) through activities such as:

  1. Sales negotiation: Managing a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartpricing. Clearly articulating and demonstrating our value proposition to create enthusiasm among prospects.
  2. Participation in trade fairs and events: Attending 1-2 trade fairs per year and organizing on-site meetings with customers at major national trade fairs.
  3. Business Development: Proactively searching for new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
  4. Data analysis and regular reviews: Developing analytical skills by learning to critically analyze your pipeline using advanced sales tools.
  5. Reaching monthly targets: Aiming to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivizing bonus plan.

What Are We Looking For?

  • German language: Mother Tongue or C2 level.
  • Good English skills: B2 level – Ability to understand and interact effectively in an international environment.
  • Team player with a winning mentality: Consistently exceeding 100% of the monthly quota and supporting colleagues to do the same.
  • Data-driven thinking: Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data to inform decisions and improve strategies.
  • Desire to learn: Willing to participate in coaching sessions and read books on sales improvement, with training available in-person or remotely.
  • Experience in the role: 3-5 years in a sales team (SAAS, Software, Services) with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Organization: Attention to detail, meticulous planning, and timely CRM updates.
  • Productivity: Motivated to sell into SMEs, managing short and intense sales cycles.
