FH Collective Academy in Madrid seeks a results-driven Account Executive to manage full-cycle sales from first contact to close, focusing on Czech-speaking prospects.

You will conduct client meetings, product demos, and free-trial management, with a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions, and a hybrid work model after onboarding.

The role requires high-volume outreach, KPI-driven performance, and collaboration with teams across sales and customer success.

Formación

• Czech speaker; resides in Spain – mandatory.
• Native or bilingual English.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in Account Executive, outbound sales, cold calling or lead generation.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and hitting targets.

The Opportunity

A leading international technology company is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join its growing sales team in Madrid.

This is a full-cycle sales position where you'll manage the customer journey from the initial contact through client meetings, product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales cyclefrom initial contact to subscription close
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
• Guide prospects throughout their free-trial period
• Convert free trials into paying customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track key KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team

Leads are automatically assigned, allowing you to focus on prospecting, selling and closing.

Uncapped Commission

Base salary: €30,000 gross/year
Target monthly commission: €600

Your commission increases based on performance:

• Below 80% x1
• 80% target x1.3
• 100% target x2 (€1,200)
• 150% target x3 (€1,800)

Quarterly Accelerator: If your average quarterly achievement exceeds 150%, commissions generated during the entire quarter are recalculated using the 3x multiplier.

Career Progression

Clear internal progression based on performance:

Account Executive 1: €30,000 base
Account Executive 2: €35,000 base
Account Executive 3: €40,000 base

Hybrid Model

• First 4 weeks fully on-site in Madrid for onboarding and training
• After onboarding: 50% hybrid, available once at least 70% of target is achieved
• Afterwards, approximately 1 day/month on-site in Madrid
• Required travel expenses covered by the company
• Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
• Friday: 09:00–15:00
• Friday afternoons off
• Some flexibility aligned with US business hours may be required

What We're Looking For

• Czech speaker
• Native or bilingual English
• Already residing in Spain – mandatory
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience
• Experience in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, cold calling, call centre sales, lead generation or business development
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong sales and closing mindset
• Target- and KPI-driven
• Comfortable working with performance metrics
• Proactive, resilient and results-oriented
• Flexible regarding US time-zone aligned activities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

We are not prioritizing pure Customer Support/CX profiles without sales experience, career changers transitioning into sales, or significantly overqualified senior candidates.
