Formación

  • 3+ years of SaaS closing experience, ideally in DevTools or API-related products.

The Role:

As the first Account Executive in Iberia, you’ll lead sales efforts across the region. You’ll inherit active accounts, work with engaged users already leveraging the platform, and be the face of a company developers and enterprises already know and love.

You’ll be supported by a world-class solutions and marketing team, with a strong inbound brand and technical product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and grow revenue across Iberia region, managing full-cycle sales with both inbound and outbound prospects.
  2. Build a scalable GTM strategy for the region with the support of leadership.
  3. Drive value-led conversations with senior stakeholders across enterprise and digital-native businesses.
  4. Manage expansions within existing accounts and identify new opportunities across verticals.
  5. Work cross-functionally with sales engineers, marketing, and product to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

  1. 3+ years of SaaS closing experience, ideally in DevTools, infrastructure, or API-related products.
  2. Native or fluent in Spanish (Portuguese a bonus), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Experience selling into technical teams - including developers, engineers, or product leaders.
  4. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment.
  5. Driven, curious, and motivated to shape the future of a region with massive greenfield opportunity.
