Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
- Drive profitable and sustainable growth within assigned accounts and categories, ensuring strict compliance with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent the assigned account(s) internally as an "ambassador" towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces.
- Understand the assigned accounts and categories and document this by Account Fact Books.
- Develop and propose the account strategies, formalize them by Strategic Account Plans and get sign-off by the direct superior.
- Sell-in and agree on sell-out support and formalize this by Account Marketing Plans.
- Monitor sell-out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account.
- Support negotiation and enforcement of adidas Group trade terms.
- Push the digital channels of the assigned Account through continuous advice on brand positioning and strategic plans that seek the success of our brand in the e-commerce of our customers.

- High analytical skills for strategy development and business planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills : Very good communication and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management, and facilitation skills.

- Commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales, trade marketing, finance, and controlling).
- Strong decision-making and determination; shows high initiative and pragmatism in business.
- Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn. Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish as well as English.
- IT skills : Advanced MS Office Skills. SAP knowledge is an added plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
- University degree in business with sales or marketing focus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience within large sales organizations, ideally in apparel / fashion / shoes or FMCG.
- Exposure to Sports, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
